My approach as a counselor
My diverse experiences have allowed me to work with various populations, including those in community health settings, private practices, and substance abuse facilities. I strive to provide meaningful therapy and comprehensive assessments to ensure that everyone receives the care and support they genuinely need. Having personally experienced the complexities of childhood trauma, I am deeply passionate about helping others overcome similar challenges with compassion and understanding.
My therapeutic approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Person-Centered therapy, focusing on fostering positive thinking and creating a safe space as you navigate your unique journey. I’m here to support you every step of the way!
Outside of counseling, I often spend time with my pets: a 25-year-old turtle named Speedy, my sweet cat Stella, and my energetic puppy Piper.
