A living room corner with a yellow cushioned bench, a small dark wooden side table holding salt lamp, salt rock, a blue figurine, and a notebook. Behind the bench is a window with white sheer curtains showing green trees outside. A framed picture titled 'Feelings Wheel' and a clock are on the bench. Below the bench is a wicker basket with board games. Part of a tan and dark gray couch is on the right, and a colorful patterned rug is on the wooden floor.

How Talk Therapy works

During talk therapy, clients meet with a clinician to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a supportive, structured conversation. Through this process, clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and work toward meaningful changes that improve overall well-being.
