My Approach as a Counselor

My approach to counseling combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Techniques, and a Humanistic Approach in order to provide a safe space in which we can work together to address your mental health needs. I am here to support you in re-discovering your strengths, overcoming life challenges, and finding strategies that are going to best address your personal needs and goals!

Through my training as a mobile crisis clinical intern, I gained a wide variety of experience working with clients of a range of populations, ages, cultural backgrounds, and presenting concerns, in a wide variety of settings such as schools, homes, hospitals, and other community settings. I bring my diverse experience to my sessions in order to foster a therapeutic journey individualized to each of my client’s needs.

Outside of Counseling

Outside of counseling, you can find me cooking, on a run, exploring new cities, watching comfort shows, and spending time with my friends and family.
